HOW CAN I SEND THE EXHIBITION SHIPMENT

We are an Online B2B company and enaged in promotion of Indian
supplier and manufacturer through online and offline promotion.
So, In this regards we are participating in various trade exhibitions
in different part of the world

About The Shipment:-

We participated in one of Exhibition in Beijing, china named -
China International Auto Parts Exhibition dated 12-Nov- 08 to15-Nov-08.
We sent our shipment for this show but due to delay we got it after the
exhibition and our management decided to use this cargo in another exhibition
in China.But now some cargo is still there and we don't have more exhibition to
use this cargo . So, we have decided to send the rest of the shipment by
sea to Germany where we will use this cargo.

Now, We want to confirm about the process and charges for same.
